All resources are identified by a unique name. Resources are categorized as Work, Expression, Manifestation and Item, and each of these categories has a different naming structure. The actual syntax of the resource is specified in a separate document, the “AKOMA NTOSO Naming Convention”, which is an integral part of the AKOMA NTOSO standard.
